1. Agreement

These terms apply when you use Hockey Price Hub. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. The service is still developing, so features may change, move or be removed.

2. What Hockey Price Hub provides

We publish sourced hockey-equipment articles and moderated reader discussions. The site also includes a gear-brief tool and an update list. Catalog and price-comparison features may appear as clearly labelled previews while they are being built. A preview is not live retailer data, a current offer or a promise that the finished feature will work exactly as shown.

3. Research is not individual fitting or safety advice

Our articles are general education. They are not a substitute for an experienced fitter, coach, medical professional, league official or manufacturer instructions. Fit, certification and suitability depend on the player, exact product, product condition and applicable rules. Check those details before using equipment.

4. Specifications, prices and availability

We try to identify the source and verification date for product and commercial information, but a specification, price or stock status can still be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Hockey Price Hub does not sell equipment, and a displayed price is not an offer to sell.

The retailer controls the exact variant, currency, taxes, shipping, stock, returns, warranty and final checkout total. Confirm the product and terms on the retailer's site before purchasing.

5. Affiliate links and other relationships

Some future links may earn Hockey Price Hub a commission. We will identify a paid relationship near the relevant link, recommendation or comparison. Compensation does not turn a retailer claim into evidence or determine an editorial conclusion. Read the Affiliate Disclosure for details.

6. Accounts and comments

Keep access to your email or sign-in provider secure. Comments should be relevant, lawful and respectful. Do not post spam, undisclosed promotions, malicious links, another person's private information, harassment or material you do not have the right to share. We may hold, reject or remove comments and limit access to discussion features when needed to protect the community.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Hockey Price Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce and display that content as needed to operate and moderate the service. You can edit or delete your own comment text. An anonymous thread marker and date may remain after deletion so replies still make sense.

7. Younger readers

People of all ages may read the articles. You must be at least 13 to create an account, comment or subscribe to email updates. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use interactive features only with a parent or guardian's permission. Do not submit identifying information about a child under 13.

8. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass access or abuse controls, scrape in a way that degrades availability, impersonate another person, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or use the site to distribute unlawful or harmful material.

9. Third-party services

Links and integrations may lead to services we do not control. Their content, availability, privacy practices, transactions and policies are their responsibility. A link is not automatically an endorsement.

10. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hockey Price Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, a third-party purchase or reliance on its content. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
